Branding & Strategy

When I met the client, they were originally known as the Westcoast Dental Clinics. They had 7 dental practices in the lower mainland and had dreams to become the largest dental group in BC. Unfortunately the brand Westcoast Dental Clinics didn’t resonate with the public enough.

One of the concepts moving forward was to make the brand memorable and associate with the word easy. Out of this, 123Dentist.com was born. The brand focus was distinctly planted in the future, in that the name has always had the online .com component. Soon car and van wraps were produced and were on site to support local teams in the community. The group is now over 70 practices big and is the largest dental group in all of Canada.
